Portability
The cost-efficient Triform press (16-5BD shown in the video) can be installed in a matter of minutes, creating parts with minimal setup. The reduced weight and height of the Triform hydroform press eliminates the need for special flooring, including expensive pits and foundations.
16-10-7BD Deep Drawing Parts
The Triform 16-10-7BD is a sheet hydroforming press capable of a 7.5” draw depth capacity. It features a 16” diameter working envelope and has a maximum chamber pressure of 10,000 PSI.
Part Making with Rapid Prototype Tool
Triform presses are well suited to run various types of rapid prototype tooling for fast, accurate part production. In this video, an FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) tool is used to form a 6061 Aluminum part.
