Why Triform Hydroforming?
The Triform family of presses was developed by Pryer Technology Group (PTG). The founders of PTG are highly experienced engineers and manufacturing professionals with backgrounds in the aerospace and machine tool industries. From their own experience and research, it was found that existing hydroform presses were too expensive, too heavy and physically impractical for many users. Additionally, quality used hydroform presses are few and far between and often antiquated with questionable control and hydraulic systems. PTG realized the need for a modernized sheet hydroforming solution.
How is Triform Unique?
The use of advanced engineering allowed for the design of a unique pressure containment system that significantly reduced the press size without sacrificing integrity or durability. Triform Hydroform Presses are available with CNC Deep Draw or bladder only capabilities in a variety of sizes. All Triform Presses are highly portable and install in a matter of hours at any facility. Each hydroform press is equipped with the latest in hydraulic and control technology and is standard with applicable guarding.

The Genesis of the Triform
The founders of PTG are highly experienced engineers and manufacturing
professionals with decades of experience in the aerospace and machine
tool industries. From their own experience and research, it was found
that existing hydroform presses were too expensive, too heavy and physically
impractical for many users. Additionally, quality used hydroform presses
are rare and often antiquated with questionable control and hydraulic
systems.
After development of the CNC controlled Deep Draw Triform systems, it
was evident that there was an additional need for a simple, economical
solution for shallow hydroformed parts. The Triform-BD series was created
to provide the benefits of the Triform where a deep draw is not required.
PTG realized the need for modernized sheet hydroform presses and has engineered
a proven solution.
