Mr. Pryer has 30 years of experience in manufacturing. The majority of his work has been in the aerospace industry focusing on sheet metal forming and machining processes. He has spent the past 15 years in executive management.

Brenton Pryer, General Manager

Mr. Pryer has 10 years aerospace manufacturing experience. His strengths are in Quality Assurance systems, CAD automation and continuous improvement.

Gerald Vaughan, P.E., Chief Engineer

Mr. Vaughan is a licensed engineer and has more than 35 years of experience in the engineering field. Primary emphasis has been aerospace related production management and unique product design. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from University of Missouri Rolla and a Masters degree from University of Missouri KC.

Cecil Sterne, Vice President Sales

Mr. Sterne has over 27 years of experience providing manufacturers with solutions to their machine tool needs. He is well versed in new and used machine tool sales and currently oversees SMTS, LLC, a leading machine tool and equipment supply company.

Jeffrey Debus, Vice President Manufacturing

Mr. Debus offers 18 years of experience in project management and product development. The majority of his experience has been in the design and manufacture of customized hydraulic presses and manufacturing equipment. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Southern Illinois University.

e) rapid tool manufacturing and prototyping of products and processes.
